Interview answers: your answers in the guided interview (life goals, self-image, personal scenes) are personal and in part sensitive data. We treat them with matching care: they are used solely to create your Future Self Profile and your meditation(s).

Email address: to deliver your profile and meditation, and — on purchase — for order and service emails.

Order data: product, time, payment status. Payment itself is processed by Stripe; we never see card details.

Technical data: necessary cookies for session, language preference and anonymous reach measurement on our own servers (random identifier with no link to your person, never shared with third parties). Marketing pixels (Meta, TikTok) only load after your explicit consent.

We process your data to fulfil the contract (creating and delivering your personalised meditation), based on your consent (interview, marketing pixels), and to meet legal obligations. The revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) applies; for users in the EEA, additionally the GDPR.

We rely on service providers to deliver the product: Anthropic (text generation from your interview answers), ElevenLabs (voice synthesis), Supabase (database and storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting). Data processing agreements are in place with all of them; data is shared only to the extent needed for each purpose.

We keep profile and meditation data as long as needed to provide the service (including the remake guarantee). On request via the support form we fully delete your interview answers, profile and meditations; statutory retention duties (e.g. accounting) remain reserved.

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and export your data. Use the support form or the contact address above.
