Refund Policy

Stage 1 — Remake: if your meditation doesn't sound like you, tell us via the remake button on your download page or the support form — and describe specifically which parts don't work for you and why. That is exactly what the rework learns from: we may ask you additional questions, rework your profile, and create your meditation again from scratch — free, once.

Stage 2 — Money back: if a point you specifically named is still not resolved in the newly created version, we refund the full purchase price. Contact us via the support form, referring to your original feedback. The details are governed by the Terms.
