These terms govern purchases on this website. Provider: TW Projects GmbH, 8635 Dürnten, Switzerland.

We create a personalised, guided audio meditation (digital product, MP3 download) from your interview answers. Delivery is by email, typically within about 10 minutes of checkout. Download links are valid for a limited time and can be renewed by email.

Stated durations (e.g. 15, 30 or 45 minutes) are reference values. As every meditation is created individually from your input, the actual length may vary by a few minutes either way — the quality of pacing, pauses and guidance takes precedence over the exact minute count.

The meditation is a tool for visualization practice. It is not a medical or therapeutic product and does not replace professional treatment. We do not promise specific outcomes.

Prices in USD, EUR or CHF — the currency shown at checkout (based on your country) is decisive. Payment via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). The contract is concluded upon completion of checkout.

Our two-stage guarantee applies.

Stage 1 — Rework (remake): If you are not satisfied with your meditation, tell us via the support form or the remake button, stating specifically which content does not work for you and why. On that basis we rework your meditation free of charge, once. Where needed, we will ask you additional questions; answering them is a prerequisite for the rework.

Stage 2 — Refund: If a deficiency you specifically named and comprehensibly justified has not been resolved by the rework, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

Refund prerequisites: the stage-1 rework has been completed, and the remaining complaint is submitted via the support form with reference to the points originally reported. General dislike without an identifiable reference to the content does not establish a refund claim; mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

You receive a simple, non-transferable license for personal use. Resale and public performance are not permitted.

Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the company's registered seat; mandatory places of jurisdiction remain reserved.
